摘要
目的探讨造口旁疝手术及围手术期的处理方法。方法对首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院疝和腹壁外科中心2005年12月至2007年6月治疗的27例造口旁疝行开放式人工合成材料疝修补术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组病例随访6～24个月,复发1例,合并切口脂肪液化2例。结论造口旁疝只要全面,仔细的术前准备,选择好适应证及手术方式,术后积极治疗全身疾病,合理应用抗生素等,开放式人工合成材料内置法修补术治疗造口旁疝是一种安全有效、复发率低的方法。
Objective To evaluate the treatment of the operation method and the surround time of operation in patients with parastomal hernia. Methods To analyze the clinical data of 27 patients with paras- tomal hernia received open artificial synthetic material herniorrhaphy in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital from Dec. 2005 to dun. 2007 retrospectively. Results During the follow up period of 6 to 24 months, there were 1 case of recurrence, 2 cases of fat colliquation in incision. Conclusions Open artificial synthetic material herniorrhaphy is a safe and effective surgical procedure with low recurrence rate.
