摘要
本文以标准麻花钻的几何参数及UG扫掠法为基础,建立了麻花钻的主切削刃、横刃、前刀面、后刀面的几何模型,为麻花钻几何参数和刃磨参数的有限元分析和优化以及数控加工自动编程提供了一种新的实用建模方法。
Based on the geometric parameters of standard twist drill and swept method, the geometric models which are the cutting edge,cross-edge,rake face and rear face of twist drill were developed. This paper provides a new modeling method for finite element analysis and optimization design, which is suited to NC machining for geometric parameters and grinding parameters of twist drill.
