摘要
本文基于ActiveX Automation技术,利用Visual Basic对AutoCAD进行二次开发,通过布尔运算实现了ZK蜗杆的三维加工仿真,并分析了齿形随砂轮半径变化的规律。
Based on the technology of the ActiveX Automation, this dissertation re-exploits AutoCAD by Visual Basic and the three-dimensional simulation of the ZK worm machining is achieved by Boolean operation, the law of which how tooth profile follows the change of grinding wheel radius is also analyzed.
