摘要
本文以水冷却器球底组件为例,利用ANSYS软件的二次开发功能,以VB6.0为工具,运用APDL语言,对ANSYS进行二次开发,编制水冷却器球底组件结构应力分析程序。该分析方法可让即使从未认真学习过ANSYS软件的工程设计人员也能很好地借助本方法进行水冷却器球底组件进行有限元分析。并实现了该组件不同结构尺寸、所用材料及内壁倒角R的参数化,通过对球底组件不同结构尺寸的分析,最终得出合理的球底组件结构尺寸。
The spherical-bottomed bodies of water cooler is analyzed in this paper by the further application of ANSYS, which takes VB6.0 as the tool .With the secondary development of ANSYS engineering designers, even have little known about ANSYS, can do the Finite Element Analysis of the spherical-bottomed bodies of water cooler only by inputting the structure size, proper material and inner wall chamfer R, and get the reasonable structure size by dang different inputting Parameters.
