中药面膜治疗面部痤疮的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine film on acne vulgaris in face

目的:观察中药面膜倒模治疗面部痤疮的临床疗效。方法:83例面部痤疮患者采用随机分组为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用自制中药面膜倒模,对照组给予口服阿奇霉素和外用10%硫磺霜。2组均治疗4周。结果:治疗组治愈率为65.12%,有效率为86.05%;对照组治愈率为37.50%,有效率为67.50%。2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中药面膜倒模治疗面部痤疮有较好的临床疗效。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy of traditional China medicine film on acne vulgaris in face. METHODS 83 acne vulgaris were divided randomly into experiment and control groups patients in the experiment group received treatment with the film, and patients in the control received daily treatment with azithromycin （0. 5·d^-1 ） and 10% sulfur cream. After four-week medication, the therapeutic effect was evaluated. RESULTS In the experiment group, the curative rate was 65.12% ,effective rate was 86. 05%, the control group 37. 5%, effective rate was 67. 5%. the difference between groups was significant （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Traditional Chinese medicine film has good therapeutic effect on acne vulgaris in face.
