气管插管患者的需求调查及护理

Investigation of Demands of the Intubated Patients

针对气管插管患者语言交流障碍，护士不能了解患者的需求这一问题，对６２例心脏直视手术后患者在气管插管期间的需求进行调查，发现解决感觉不适是患者的主要需求，其次还有交流、生理以及心理需求等，为临床进一步做好气管插管患者的护理提供了依据。

In this study,62 intubated patients after open heart surgery were investigated to understand what kind of help they need and the nursing staff can provide.It was found that intubation discomfort was the major problem they wanted to be sovled.The problems of communication,physiological and spycological demands were also concerned by the patients.The investigation provided us with theoretical basis for better nursing to the intubated patients.
