氧疗改善电休克治疗所致记忆障碍的研究

Oxygenic Therapy in Amnesia Caused by Electric Convulsive Treatment

为了解氧疗对电休克治疗（ＥＣＴ）引起的记忆障碍能否得到改善，根据随机抽样按序编组的原则，对３０例接受ＥＣＴ者在治疗时配合氧疗（实验组），同时对３０例接受ＥＣＴ者治疗时不配合氧疗（对照组），进行两组对照研究，以韦氏记忆测验（ＷＭＳ）为工具，进行ＥＣＴ疗程前后记忆测定比较。结果表明，实验组在ＥＣＴ疗程后的第２周ＷＭＳ分值即恢复至ＥＣＴ疗程前的ＷＭＳ分值，而对照组ＥＣＴ疗程后的第４周ＷＭＳ分值仍未恢复至ＥＣＴ疗程前的分值。结论：ＥＣＴ时配合氧疗能改善其所致的记忆障碍。

The purpose of this study was to observe whether the oxygenic therapy (OT) has efficiency in the amnesia caused by electric convulsive treatment (ECT).According to the principle of random sampling and alphabetic group allotting,a comparison was made as 30 patients were received ECT combine with OT (study group),while another 30 were received ECT without OT( control group).The Wechsler Memorial Scale (WMS) was used for rating the patients' memory changes relating to ECT.the result showed that WMS scores in the second week following ECT were recovered to the pre ECT level among the patients of study group.The control group,however,had no significant improvement in this study.It is concluded that ECT caused amnesia could be improved with combined therapy of OT and ECT.
