社区卫生服务质量调查分析

Analysis of quality on community health service in Nanchang City

目的了解南昌市社区卫生服务机构处方质量和就诊居民的满意度,为制定社区卫生服务相关政策及发展规划提供依据。方法采用系统抽样法,对社区卫生服务机构处方质量进行了调查,采用偶遇法对就诊居民满意度进行了调查。结果261家社区卫生服务机构覆盖社区居民71.04%。社区卫生服务机构单处方用药个数平均为2.58个,静脉点滴、抗生素、二联以上抗生素、激素使用率分别为45.8%、55.6%、7.9%、7.7%,社区卫生服务中心处方质量好于站(P<0.O5)。就诊居民对CHS机构的就诊方便、服务态度、等候时间方面的满意度均在80%以上,对解释/交流、就医环境、设施/设备方面的满意度一般,对服务价格、药品价格、隐私保护方面的满意率在60%以下。结论南昌市社区卫生服务网络构建较为完善,处方质量不高,公共卫生服务相对较弱,价廉特点没有体现。政府应加强管理、正确引导、完善相关政策,确保社区卫生服务健康有序发展。

Objective Understand the prescription quality of community health Service organization and the seeing a doctor resident＇s degree of satisfaction, provides the basis for the related policy and the development project of community health service. Method Used the systematic sampling method and investigated the prescription quality of community health service organization. Investigated the seeing a doctor resident＇s degree of satisfaction. Results 261 community health service organization has covered 71.04% community residents. The average of single prescription medications in community health service organization is 2.58, the injection vein, the antibiotic, union use two and the more antibiotic, the hormone utilization ratio respectively is 45.8%, 55.6%, 7.9%, 7.7%. The prescription quality of community health service center is better than the station＇s （P〈0.05） . The degree of satisfaction about receives a medical examination conveniently, service attitude, waiting time are higher than 80%. The degree of satisfaction on explanation/exchange, medical environment, equipment are 60%-80%, the degree of satisfaction about Service price, drugs price, privacy protection are lower than 60%. Conclusion The network of community health service has been constructed perfectly in Nanchang, the prescription quality is not high, the public health service is relatively weak, the cheap characteristic has not manifested. The government should strengthen the management, guide correctly, perfect related policy, guarantees the community health service well-development.
