阐述金融危机环境下我国棉纺织工业技术改造的方向。通过分析近年来我国棉纺织行业进行结构调整、转变发展模式后主要产品产量、服装出口情况以及代表棉纺织行业技术装备水平的"三无一精"所占比重的数据,认为应对当前的困难最根本的是靠行业和企业进一步结构调整,转变发展方式,增强产品竞争力,增强企业抗衡风险的能力。要抓住机遇,从企业实际出发,明确产品定位和改造思路,通过技术改造,努力缩小关键工序、关键设备、关键环节与国际先进水平的差距,着力提高产品质量,提高劳动生产率,改善劳动条件,增强产品竞争力。促进技术改造再上一个新台阶,以保持整个行业平稳、较快发展。

Technology modification direction of domestic cotton textile industry in financial crisis was introduced. Through analysing recent years major products output and garment exported situations after domestic cotton textile structure adjustment and development model change, lapless, knotless, shuttleless and combed yarn data which could embody cotton textile industry technology equipment level, it is considered that main methods of resolving present difficulties are depending structure adjustment of industry and enterprise basically, changing development model, strengthening product competitiveness and enterprise anti-risk ability. Chances should be seized, from enterprise actual conditions product location and modification thought should be clear. Through technology modification gaps between domestic key processes, key equipments, key links and international advanced level should be reduced. Products quality and labor productivity should be taken great effort to increase, working conditions should be improved, product competitiveness should be enhanced. Technology modification should be promoted and take a higher level to ensure whole industry be developed more stably and faster.
