摘要
为探索细纱摇架技术的发展方向,对棉纺细纱机圆柱螺旋弹簧加压摇架、板簧加压摇架、整体气囊间接式气加压摇架和独立气囊直接式气加压摇架等四大类型牵伸摇架进行了结构特点和性能对比分析。指出:独立气囊直接式气加压摇架具有压力稳定、锭差小、胶辊三线平行度好、前中后压力独立设计、集体无级调压和半卸压功能、操作简单、维修方便等优点,是棉纺牵伸加压摇架的发展方向。
Development direction of spinning cradle technology was discussed. In cotton spinning frame structure features and property of four kinds draft cradle were compared and analysed, i. e. cylindrical spring pressure cradle, flat spring pressure cradle,integral envelope indirect pneumatic pressure cradle and independent envelope direct pneumatic pressure cradle. It is pointed out that independent envelope direct pneumatic pressure cradle have the advantages of stable pressure, smaller diffe'renee in spindles, better paralle lization between three top rollers and front bottom roller, independent design of front, middle and back pressure, group infinitely variable pressure, half uninstalling function, simple operation, convenient for maintenance et al. Independent envelope direct pneumatic pressure cradle is the developing direction of cotton spinning draft pressure cradle.
