摘要
为设计开发竹纤维色织方格布,对漂染、络筒、整经、浆纱、织造、整理等各工序工艺配置进行了优化,通过在络筒机上安装电子清纱器、采用金属槽筒;整经工序合理选取工艺参数,保证整经片纱张力均匀;上浆工艺贯彻"减磨为主,增强为辅"的原则,采用高浓低黏的浆液进行上浆;织造工序采取"小张力、中开口、低后梁"的工艺配置等措施,保证了织造的顺利进行,成功开发出28×2/28×2 315/158 250色织方格布。
To design and develop bamboo yarn-dyed plaid, each processing were optimized including bleaching & dying,winding,warping, sizing, weaving and finishing et al. Electronic yarn clearer was installed and metallic grooved roll was adopted in cone winding machine. Processing parameter was chosen rationally and warp tension was controlled evenly in warping process. Principle of reducing abrasion and increasing strength was implemented and higher concentration lower viscosity sizing was used in sizing process. Processing of less tension middling shed lower back beam was adopted in weaving process,which could ensure weave successfully and 28 × 2/28 × 2 315/158 250 yarn-dyed plaid was developed.
