王意庵与《意庵医案》

Wang Yi′an and His Case Record of Yi′an

王意庵先生为明代徽州祁门县人。所著《意庵医案》一书，原系手抄本，其所载医案，于诊脉辨证，理法方药，不但能切中辨证论治要点，体现中医特色，且文笔流畅，叙事生动，诊断明确，用药果敢，经验宏富。本文就意庵其人，生平事迹，《意庵医案》的版本鉴定和基本概况，作了简要的介绍。对《意庵医案》的学术特点，从医术精湛，治法独特；师法戴人，善用下法；注重精神疗法等三个方面进行了阐述。

Mr Wang Yi′an, a native of Qimen county, Hui zhou, was born in Ming dynasty. The book “Case Record of Yi′an” was a hand written copy originally. The book deals with pulse diagnosis, physiotherapy, hitting the points of treatment based on differential diagnosis of Zheng, reflecting the traditional Chinese medical theories, and was written in an easy and fluent style. This author tries to introduce Wang Yi′an′s life his story and its edition, appraisal of Yi′an medical knowledge and his medical skils especially carthasis and special treatment learned from Zhang Dairen, absorption and his psychic treatment.
