抗生育剂莪术醇对草地害鼠的控制效应研究

Studies on Anti- pregnant Zedoary Alcohol Preventing grassland Rat Pests

2008年,在吉林前郭县进行了0.2%莪术醇饵剂对草地害鼠的防控效果示范。结果显示:(1)害鼠对投药后7d,14d取食率分别达到81%,84%,适口性好。(2)使用药剂后,雌体繁殖率降低了63.89%;平均胎仔数下降了24.79%;亚成体所占比率下降了60.54%,对害鼠的繁殖影响作用明显。(3)通过密度检测,试验药剂对种群密度的控制作用随着时间的推移效果在增加,第三次校正控制效果达到了47.43%,表明该药剂能够有效地降低害鼠的种群密度。(4)投药后,在试验区未发现天敌二次中毒及其他非靶动物出现异常现象,也未发生人、畜、禽误食中毒现象,草地使用安全。

In 2008,in Qianguo county of Jilin Prouince ,we made a trial to see the preventive effect of 0.2% Zecdary Alcohol Bait on grasslard rat pests. The following is the results：（1）7 and14days after the medicanent was thrown ,the rate of rat pests taking in food 81% and 84% each, which shows the medicament has good tasteable property. （2） After the medicament was used, the rate of femal pregnant reduced by 63.89%; The number of average pregnant youngs reduced by 24.7%; The rate of vice-body fell by 60.54% . All of above showd the medicament has a strong effect on rat pests of bearing ability.（3） According the density examination, the controlling power and effect of the medicament on rat race density increased over time. The third corrective controlling effect reached 47.43%. That shows the medicament can reduce the rate race density effectively.（4）There is no pollution of the environment and animal poisoning after medication.
