我国政府信息公开目录建设的现状、问题与发展思路

On the Status Quo, Problems and Development of the Catalog Construction of China's Government Information Openness

通过对网上各级、各部门政府信息公开目录的考察,可以看出,目前政府信息公开目录存在的主要问题有:分类体系不一致、信息分类不准确、提供的功能不同、页面显示格式不同。对此,可以在广泛征求意见的基础上,建立起一个覆盖全国的政府信息公开目录体系,建立我国的政府信息资源定位服务系统,实现政府信息资源的有效配置和管理,充分发挥政府信息资源的作用。

Through the investigation of the government information openness catalog of all levels and departments online, we can see that the current problems of the government information openness include the inconsistent classification system, the inaccurate classification of information, the different functions provided by the catalog, the different page format. Based on the extensive solicitation of opinions, all these could be solved by establishing a nationwide government information openness catalog system, and building the Chinese Government Information Locator Service/System to realize the effective allocation and management of government information resources and fully play the role of the government information resources.
