摘要
本文叙述了一种新型时间间隔测量方法—时间-电压转换法的基本原理,重点介绍了时间-电压转换法数学模型的建立和关键功能电路的实现,进行了转换误差分析,时间-电压转换器适用于小时间测量范围,弥补了计数法测量小时间精确度难于提高的不足,用于时间测量前端处理器,具有良好的应用前景。
The Basic Principle of the Time-Voltage Converter method applied to measure time-interval was discussed in this paper. This paper put emphasis upon introducing derivation of mathematics mode of the Time-Voltage Converter (TVC)and realization of the key circuit,and analyzed the converting error of the TVC. The paper drew the conclusion that the Time-Voltage Converter method applied to measure short-time-interval could make up the fault of the electronic counter method in the time-interval measurement, so the application foreground of the method is fine.
