摘要
本文以气动式火警传感线膜盒组件中的弹性膜片作为分析对象,主要采用工程分析法将弹性膜片整个的工作过程划分成A、B、C、D、E五个阶段,然后从能量守恒和能量转化的角度对各个阶段进行定性分析,归纳出弹性膜片跃变机理。通过弹性膜片样本统计摸索出膜片几何尺寸的设计规范和膜盒组件动作压力滞环的调试规律,然后利用归纳出的弹性膜片跃变机理对这些规范和规律做出解释,目的是为了总结出可以指导实际生产的研制规律和科学的理论依据。
The overturness theory of the elastic diaphragm is discussed in this paper. Using Engineering analytical method, working process of the elastic diaphragm is measured off to A, B, C, D and E five phase. Based from conversation of energy theory, Some regularities in working process of the elastic diaphragm are found. Several good advices was given for these rules of the manufacture of the Pneumatic Fire Detectors.
