摘要
通过有限元仿真,研究了材料性能、参数与等离子体弧柔性成形效果之间的相关性。结果表明,弹性模量小、屈服强度低的材料容易产生大的弯曲变形;热膨胀系数与弯曲角度之间有近似正比关系;小的热传导系数有利于形成大的温度梯度,使板材产生大的弯曲变形;比热越小,加热区材料的温升越大,板材越容易弯曲成形。
Based on the computation by ANSYS, the correlations between the material parameters and the bending effect in flexible forming using plasma arc were implemented. The research shows that the material with lower young's modulus and yielding strength can get a larger bending angle. The thermal expansion coefficient is about in direct proportion to the bending angle, and the bending angle decreases with the increase of the heat conductivity. The bigger bending angle can be obtained for the material with lower specific heat.
