热作模具钢热疲劳性能的研究现状与发展趋势 被引量:25

Research status and development trends of thermal fatigue property of hot die steels

摘要 针对热作模具钢(各种热锻模、热压模、热挤压模和压铸模)的工作型腔表面高于600℃时易产生热疲劳裂纹和热疲劳失效问题,综合分析了国内外热疲劳的研究现状及其发展,重点讨论热疲劳试验方法、影响热疲劳的因素、热疲劳性能的评价方法以及热疲劳裂纹萌生和扩展机理,提出一些提高热作模具钢热疲劳性能的措施,以及今后热疲劳性能研究和发展趋势。 Research status and development trends of thermal fatigue of hot die steels at home and abroad were analyzed against the problem of thermal fatigue crack and failure generated, because the surface temperature of hot dies steel such as hot-forging dies, hot-pressing dies, hot-extruding dies and die-casting dies during working is more than 600 ℃. Experimental method of thermal fatigue, factors of influencing thermal fatigue, evaluation method of thermal fatigue property and initiation and propagation of thermal fatigue crack were mainly discussed. Ways of improving thermal fatigue property and research status and development trends of thermal fatigue property were also stated.
