退火温度对Al-4.5Mg-0.7Mn-0.4Er-0.1Zr铝合金组织与性能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of annealing temperature on microstructure and properties of Al-4.5Mg-0.7Mn-0.4Er-0.1Zr alloy

摘要 通过拉伸试验,金相显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜等分析手段研究了不同退火温度下Al-4.5Mg-0.7Mn-0.4Er-0.1Zr铝合金的力学性能和显微组织。结果表明,随着退火温度的增加,合金的力学性能和微观组织都有明显变化。在低于200℃退火1 h,合金主要发生回复过程,强度和塑性变化不大,而200~300℃退火1h后,合金发生再结晶,同时强度显著降低,塑性明显改善。高于300℃退火1 h,合金晶粒长大,但强度和塑性变化很小。退火过程中,合金中大量含Er元素的析出相对晶粒长大有明显的抑制作用。 The evolution of mechanical properties and microstructure of Al-4. 5Mg-0. 7Mn-0. 4Er-0. 1Zr alloy after annealing at different temperatures was studied by means of tensile test, OM, SEM and TEM observations. The results show that annealing temperature has a significant affect on mechanical properties and microstructure of the experimental alloy. After annealed below 200 ℃ for 1 h, there is little change of mechanical properties of the alloy so it happens only with recovery;and annealed at 200-300 ℃ for 1 h, the recrystallization happens now, and mechanical properties of the alloy change remarkably. After annealed over 300 ℃ for 1 h, the alloy grains coarsen, but there is a little change for mechanical properties. The phase particles containing Er remarkably inhibit the coarsening of recrystallized grains.
