摘要
对失效的65Mn弹性卡箍进行了化学成分、显微组织、断口形貌等分析,结果表明,失效卡箍材料显微组织粗大,Sn、As含量偏高,导致材料韧性降低,在装配过程中部分卡箍开裂并最终发生沿晶脆性断裂。通过优选卡箍材料和热处理工艺,提高了弹性卡箍的质量,改进后的技术已用于生产。
Chemical composition, metallurgical structure and fracture of failure clamping stirrup of 65Mn steel were studied. The results indicate that metallurgical structure has the coarse grain and excessive Sn and As element in the steel, which decrease materials toughness, lead to clamping stirrup cracking in assembly, and finally brittleness intergranular cracking. Improving of the selected materials and heat treatment process has be used in production and can improve the quality of clamping stirrup.
