基于工作的学习模式对高校继续教育的启示 被引量:5

摘要 基于工作的学习是近年来流行于西方国家的一种学习理念,学习者主要在工作场所学习,是将工作与学习紧密结合起来,形成学习者、高校和企业三方共同参与的学习模式。这种学习模式强调过程而非结果,学习者通过对工作体验过程中因素的反思而获得自我发展的机会。基于工作的学习对我国高校继续教育中的现存问题,提供了借鉴作用,能够为在校生的工作实践提供良好场所和环境,开拓了我国高校继续教育的学习模式。
