摘要
遵循引进、移植、组合、创新并举和借用已有成果,提出生态价值当量(E)、主导生态功能权重(wi)等崭新的概念,采用层次分析法(AHP),结合已经确定的不同森林类型的主导功能,计算得到10种不同森林类型的主导生态功能权重,并进一步计算得到10种不同森林类型的生态价值当量值,用于生态价值损失额的计量。此外,为了更为准确合理地反映林木的生态价值损失量,提出以“生态区位价值系数(Ke)”为调整值,对生长不同生态区位的林木的生态价值损失额予以调整和修正。遵循“森林覆盖率越高,生态区位价值系数越小;反之亦然”原理,以北京地区各区县的行政区划为尺度,根据北京各区县森林覆盖率的大小,确定区县尺度上的生态区位价值系数,不仅可以为林木损失额的计量提高准确度和可操作性,而且还可以为北京市城市生态敏感区的划分提供参考和依据。
Following simultaneously the rules of introduction, transplantation, combination and innovation, educing the prior results, a brand new concept: ecological value equivalent (E), leading ecological function of weight (wi) and ect were put forward, which will be applied to measure ecological value loss. Using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), combining the dominant functions of the different forest types, the dominant ecological functions of weight of 10 different forest types were calculated, and the ecological value equivalent of 10 different types of forest were calculated. Furthermore, in order to reflect the reasonable forest loss of the ecological value more accurately, we put "egional ecological value coefficient (Ke)" as the adjusted value, so we can adjust and amend forest ecological value loss in different ecological location. Following on the basis of the principle that"forest cover higher, ecological value of the coefficient is smaller; and vice versa ", according to the ratio of forest coverage in all districts of Beijing, we determine the coefficient of the ecological value. It is not only instrumental for the measurement of the amount of accuracy and workability, but also can be a reference and a basis of the plotting of ecological sensitivity areas in Beijing.
