青海林木种苗发展现状及对策探析

An Analysis of Status Quo,Existence Problem and the Countermeasure of the Development of Forest Seedling in Qinghai Province

林木种苗是林业建设的基础和前提。地处三江源头的青海,是我国生态环境建设的战略要地,当前在全省实施生态立省战略、努力改善生态环境、构建祖国西部生态安全屏障是当务之急,意义重大,影响深远。通过对青海目前林木种苗发展现状、存在问题的分析,提出了加快发展,适应新形势、新要求的几点建议和对策。

Forest seedling is the basis of forestry construction and key for forestry development. Located in the source of three Rivers, Qinghai province is strategic importance position in China＇s national ecological construction. With the face of the province-wide implementation of the strategy of maintaining the province by relying on ecological conservation, ecological civilization construction and building harmony society, it is urgent to work further on forest seedling, speed up reforestation, promote the rapid forestry development, improve the ecological environment and establish the ecological security in West China. Based on the status quo and existence problems of the development of forest seedling in Qinghai, this paper proposes several suggestions and speed up the development, adjust the new situation and requirement.
