视差法射线图像检测系统的模型及误差分析 被引量:4

摘要 以双目视觉为理论基础,建立数学模型,通过X射线成像方法对试件内部缺陷进行定位。通过视差(parallax)的方法求出缺陷深度。对数学模型进行了仿真验证,并对可能影响测量结果的误差进行了分析,给出各误差和测量结果的关系,提出了调整系统参数、设置参考点等减小误差影响的方法。 Based on the binocular stereo vision theory, mathematics model is designed, inside defect is located with the method of X-ray digital radiography. In the processing of test, parallax method can compute the depth of the defect. The mathematics model is proved by the simulating method. And the error is analyzed with the error analysis theory. Then draw the relation curve of every error and measuring result, and put forward the method of systematic parameter adjusting, and set up reference point to reduce the error influence.
