摘要
本文分析了精密时间间隔测量仪误差来源,并提出了处理方法。利用固定时间间隔测量法和比较法对精密时间间隔测量仪,分别在短量程和长量程两种情况进行数据校准,确保精密时间间隔测量仪的测量不确定度在10ns~100ms的测量范围都控制到1ns以内。以脉冲信号发生器为标准,与特定示波器的测量不确定度进行对比,给出被测时间间隔小于1μs时和大于10μs时两种仪器的不确定度差异,并分析产生的原因。
This paper analyzes the errors source of the PTMI (precision time-interval measuring instrument) and suggests some ways to deal with them. Using the way of vested time-interval measuring and the way of compare, calibration of the data of PTMI in the short range and long range to keep the uncertainty to less than 1ns in the measure range from 10ns to lOOms is introduced. With the criterion of a pulse signal generator and comparing the uncertainty of a specifically oscillograph, the PTMI has a different uncertainty when the measured time-interval is less than 1μs or more than 10μs. And the reason of the phenomenon is analyzed.
