不同蛋白质水平饲粮对生长育肥猪生长性能、免疫机能及臀中肌中μ-calpain表达量的影响

Effects of different protein levels on growth performance,immune function and expression of μ-calpain in mesoglutaeus in growth-finishing pigs

本试验探讨了不同蛋白质水平饲粮对生长育肥猪生产性能、免疫机能及臀中肌中μ-calpain表达量的影响。选用54头平均体重53kg的长白×约克二元杂交去势公猪,采用随机区组设计,随机分为3个处理,分别为低蛋白质组(10%)、中蛋白质组(18%)和高蛋白质组(26%)。每个处理3个重复,每个重复6头猪。结果表明,随着蛋白质水平的提高,生长育肥猪生产性能有提高趋势,血清免疫球蛋白和补体含量有增加趋势,肌肉中μ-calpain的表达量显著提高。

To investigate the effects of different protein levels on growth performance, immune function ,and expression of μ-calpain in mesoglutaeus of pigs,54 crossbred （LxY） barrows with average weight 53 kg were randomly divided into 3 treatments,and each treatment had 3 replications containing 3 pigs.The experimental diets contained 10 %, 18 % and 26 % protein.The results indicated that the growth performance,the contents of immune globulin and alexin in serum of growing pigs had the tendency to increase with the increase of protein level.The expression of μ-calpain in muscle were raised with the increasing protein levels.
