摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测预混料中肌醇含量,使用Alltech氨基柱(4.6mm×250mm),流动相为乙腈和水(75∶25),流速为1mL/min,进样量10μL,柱温30℃,示差检测器测定。结果显示,葡萄糖和肌醇能完全分开,分离效果良好。
The contents of inositol in premix feed were determined by the high performance Liquid chromatography （HPLC）method.The conditions for chromatography were as fellows ： NH2 pole （Alhech）, mobile phase of acetonitrile and water （75：25）,a/low rate of 1 mL/min,temperature of 30 ℃,sampling of 10μL,RI Detectors.The results showed inositol could be completely separated from glucose.
