足舟状骨缺血性坏死 被引量：7

摘要 足舟状骨缺血性坏死在临床上较少见。在儿童又称Kohler病．在成年人出现则被命名为Müller-Weiss病。常常是由于创伤、发育障碍或其他疾病等原因破坏营养舟状骨的血运，导致软骨内骨化（软骨形成与成骨作用）异常或骨细胞死亡而出现。由于该病发病率低．且与发育障碍或其他疾病难以鉴别．故在临床诊断治疗中易产生混淆。
