腔内隔绝术治疗肺动脉夹层合并动脉导管未闭1例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男，50岁。自幼发现心脏杂音，一直未予特殊治疗。平时重体力活动亦不受限．20年前曾有过4次感染性心内膜炎病史，经保守治疗痊愈。5年来患者劳累后可出现气促症状．2年来劳累后有胸痛症状。近半年来间断出现双下肢水肿症状。入院后查体：血压160／60mmHg，口唇无紫绀，双侧颈静脉充盈，双肺呼吸音稍粗．两肺底可闻及少量湿性啰音，心率100次／min，律齐，胸骨左缘第2肋间可闻及连续性机器滚动样杂音，
