多层螺旋CT血管造影在脑肿瘤手术前评估中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 CT血管造影(CT angiography)是近年来发展起来的一种非损伤性血管成像技术.随着多层螺旋CT的普遍应用.其快速容积扫描、造影剂团注技术与先进的计算机后处理软件相结合.使CT血管重建技术在临床应用的过程中更加可靠,其在脑血管疾病的诊断和术前评估中的作用更是得到了临床的广泛认可,它已经成为一种不可替代的血管显像技术。而对于脑肿瘤来说,术前明确肿瘤的血供、肿瘤与血管的解剖关系、血管受侵袭程度有利于术中早起切断肿瘤供血、
