摘要
将新型的生物填料用于A/O工艺中,并在某化工污水处理厂进行了中间试验。结果表明:当HRT为28h,回流比为1,好氧池溶解氧为2~4mg/L,温度为18~27℃,进水CODCr为450mg/L,BOD5为200mg/L,SS为300mg/L,NH4+-N为40mg/L时,出水NH4+-N去除率约100%,其他指标的平均去除率均>80%,出水水质达到国家综合废水排放标准一级控制指标要求。同时MLSS产率为0.234kg/kg,污泥减量化效果明显。
A new type of biological filler has been applied to the A/O system, and the pilot test has been carried through in a chemical wastewater treatment plant. The result shows that when the wastewater hydraulic retention time(HRT) is 28 h, the refluxing rate is 1, the dissolved oxygen(DO) concentrations of aerobic reactors is 2-4 mg/L, the wastewater temperature is 18-27 ℃, the CODcr concentration of influent water is 450 rag/L, BOD5 is 200 mg/L, SS is 300 mg/L, and NH4^+-N is 40 mg/L, the removal rate of NH4^+-N in the effluent water is about 100%. The average removal rate of the other indexes are all above 80%. The effluent water quality meets the requirements of the first level of National Discharge Standard of Comprehensive Wastewater. At the same time, the MLSS yielding capacity is 0.234 kg/kg, and the effect of sludge reduction is obvious.
