S波段收/发集成电路系统的电磁兼容技术研究

摘要 阐述了一个应用于S波段有源相控阵雷达的多功能一体化设计的高功率有源收/发集成电路系统,探讨了该电路的电磁兼容问题,电磁干扰特性,设计思路和方法,提出了该系统微波互连线设计中的相关方法,如选材与匹配、制作工艺控制、模块间的屏蔽隔离、高次模的控制方法、低频互连线的选材与布置和有源收/发集成电路系统解决电磁干扰的多渠道控制思路。 This paper expatiates active phased array radar in S band, which contains high power active receivers and transmitters integrate circuit integration of muhifunctional by design. This paper discusses the electromagnetic compatibility in this circuit, and also electromagnetic interference (EMI) feature with design methods. In this paper, we bring forward the related methods about the microwave interconnect design in the system, for example, materials selection and match, production process and control, shielding isolation in the module, control method of the high-order mode, selection and layout of low frequency interconnects, EMI solution using active receivers and transmitters integrate circuit.
