摘要
对机柜和机架的各种结构形式进行了优、劣分析,结合地面雷达发射机的实际使用要求,选定了机柜和机架的结构形式;并采用计算机仿真手段建立机架有限元模型,通过对机架刚强度特性的分析,对机架进行了结构优化设计;最后完成了机柜整体结构设计。
In this paper, some kinds of cabinets are studied, and the fittest structure of the ground-based radar transmitter universal cabinet is found out. Then simulation and analysis of the cabinet is made by computer, and the structure of the cabinet is optimized based on analysis of the characteristic of the cabinet rigidness and strength. Finally, a full structure of the cabinet is designed.
