摘要
聚砜材料在电子变压器骨架、高压插座壳、绝缘衬套、基座等零件的制造中有广泛的应用。但是,聚砜开裂问题长期以来一直困扰着成品生产,低合格率严重影响了生产计划周期,大幅增加了生产成本。文中对聚砜材料开裂的原因进行了细致分析与深入探究,并通过一系列试验研究,寻求解决材料开裂和提高零件加工合格率的方法与对策。
The polysulfone material is applied widely in the product machining, such as the machining of the transformer framework, the shell of the high voltage cable, the insulated bush etc. But the problem of the polysulfone material cracking always affects the product quality. The low qualification rate badly affects the product schedule and increases the cost. In this paper a detailed analysis and study are done on the cause of the polysulfone material cracking. By a series of experiment, the method and measures of solving the polysulfone material cracking and improving the machining qualification rate are found.
