On Mechatronics and Mechatronic Coupling in SAPR

摘要 简要介绍了美国末段高空区域防御系统(THAAD)的组成和工作模式,详细分析了其中的固态有源相控阵雷达(SAPR)的功能和技术特点,阐述了机电一体化(mechatronics)和机电耦合(MEC)的基本概念。作为智能化程度较高的复杂军用电子装备,THAAD和SAPR的设计和研制应以机电一体化理念为指导并充分考虑机电耦合效应。最后,讨论了SAPR机电耦合的框架性问题,给出了在机载相控阵雷达平板天线考虑机电耦合一体化设计方面取得的阶段性成果。 The composition and working mode of US terminal high altitude area defense (THAAD) are briefly described, the functions and characteristics of tactics and technology of solid state active phase array radar (SAPR) in THAAD are minutely analyzed. The fundamental concepts of mechatronics and mechatronic coupling (MEC) are set forth in this paper. For complicated military electronic equipments, that have high intellegenee, design and development of THAAD and SAPR ought to guide by mechatronics theory and full consideration of MEC effect. Finally the frame problems of SAPR as a mechatronics product are discussed and the stage achievements for plate antenna of airbornephase array radar obtained by us are presented.
