摘要
从数值和试验两方面对TA-80型往复式空气压缩机进行了模态分析。采用有限元软件ANSYS中MPC装配技术实现了压缩机的储气罐与曲轴箱及电机间的螺栓连接装配关系,并引入压缩机与刚性平面接触来模拟压缩机与地面的单边约束问题。研究结果表明数值计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,从而验证了有限元计算模型的正确性,所得结果可用于该型号往复式空气压缩机的故障诊断分析。
A finite element modal analysis of the TA-80 reciprocating compressor using ANSYS software is presented. The bolting assembly relationship between the gas container and crankcase or electric motor was handled by using the MPC algorithm, and the contact boundary condition between the compressor and rigid plane was introduced in order to simulate the single restraint between the compressor and the ground. The numerical resuits obtained were verified by experiment. The analyses in this paper provide a foundation for the development of diagnostic technology for the TA-80 reciprocating compressor.
