介绍了玻璃纤维络纱的生产工序中,张力控制的重要性,张力形成原因,气圈、张力器形式、重量和纱线绕法、丝饼在纱架上摆放位置、络纱工艺布置等主要影响因素以及如何控制各因素使之满足无捻粗纱对张力要求,并结合生产实践,提出一些控制张力的措施。
Tension control is an important measure for glass fiber roving winding. The author describes here the related details including the tension forming causes and dictating factors such as balloon, tensioner type, roving winding way, the position of glass cakes on the creel and the winding process layout, for which some controlling measures are proposed based on the production practice.
