根据油料储运场所环境和工作的特点,分析了油料储运场所中职工各类不安全行为产生的原因,有针对性地提出了要强化安全宣传教育,增强职工安全意识、加强安全培训,提高职工技能素质、建章立制,注重检查落实、改善作业环境,消除不良反应、消除不利因素,调解思想情绪等项预防措施。

The reasons of various unsafe behaviors of the employees in the oil storage and transporta- tion units are analyzed.The preventive measures are proposed that strengthening safety propaganda and education,increasing staff safety conscious- ness,strengthening safety training,improving staff skill and quality,establishing regulation and sys- tem,paying attention to inspection and implemen- tation,improving operation environment,eliminat- ing untoward effect and minus factors,and mediat- ing sentiments.
