The causes of contractor liability acci- dents are analyzed by typical cases.It is pointed out that strengthening contractor safety management should start with strict access qualification,estab- lishing safety risk mortgage system,improving safety training,strengthening site supervision,and constructing contractor achievement assessment system,aiming to lead the contractors to guarantee safe production condition,increase safety invest- ment,and construct according to specification.
