The Application of Spoiler technology in Hangzhou Bay Submarine Pipeline

介绍了搅流器(SPOILER)技术的构成、工作原理、应用的地质水文条件和优点,以及在杭州湾海底管道上的应用,应用搅流器技术埋深管道3月底完工,5月中旬投入运行,6月下旬勘测结果表明,海底管道总体上已经达到管线的设计埋深要求,该技术的应用既节省了工程成本和施工时间,又保证了管线的稳定性,不失为一种先进的技术。

The working principle,geological and hydrological application condition and advantage of SPOILER technology and its application in Hangzhou Bay submarine pipeline were introduced. The exploration survey showed that the submarine pipeline could meet designing burial depth require- ment in general;the application of the said technol- ogy could save the engineering cost and construction time,and also assure the stability of pipeline, which showed it was an advanced technology.
