Upgrade of No.1 and No.2 turbine generator units for Shanmei Hydropower Station

山美水电站1#,2#机组增容改造经5个方案比选后,采用更换定子铁芯、定子绕组、转子磁极线圈,并将绝缘等级提高到F级,并改造通风冷却系统,在保持原水电站水工建筑、引水管道、蜗壳、固定导叶、导叶、尾水管、主轴等大件基本不改变的条件下,重新设计、研制新转轮的方案,实施后,单机出力由15 MW增至16.5 MW,实现了提高增容技改的改造目标。

Based on comparison of five alternatives, the upgrade measures for No. 1 and No. 2 turbine generator units of Shanmei Hydropower Station are determined, including replacing stator core, stator winding and rotor pole winding; upgrading the insulation class to F; modifying ventilation system; designing and manufacturing new runner to increase the unit output from 15MW to 16.5MW with the original hydraulic structure, diversion conduit, spiral ease, stay vane, wicket gate, draft tube, main shaft etc. kept unchanged.
