辽宁省窝水库底孔闸门启升系统经过多年运行,存在不少问题,经研究采用取消钢丝绳、增加拉杆、更换启闭机的技改方案,实施后,效果十分理想。

The bottom outlet gate hoisting system of Shenwo reservoir in Liaoning province had much problems after many years of operation. Upgrading was executed, including abolishing steel wire, increasing tie rods, replacing hoists, and rendering ideal effect.
