At present,the earliest and most comprehensive literature which records the stories of ancient kingdom'Dian'should be The Collected Biographies of the South-east Tribes from The Historical Records written by Si Maqian.However, because the country of Dian have no written records of itself,the credibility of Sima Qian's records to the country of Dian can only rely on the real objects and materials.During the five archaeological excavations starting from 1955, thousands of cultural relics of Dian Kingdom unearthed from tombs in Shizhaishan, Jinning. The most distinctive cultural relics is a large number of weapons and ritual supplies,tony storage devices,the utensils of ceremonies used to display the scene of production and life,such as war,sacrifice,hunting, oxherding,textile and so on.But the ancient Chinese prose in seal characters and the golden'Seal of the Emperor Dian'excavated in 1956 in the second time made it clear that who was the owner of the utensils become clear in the historical researchers' minds,unveiling the history of ancient Dian kingdom that has been hidden for more than 2.000 years.
