实现农村持续发展 追求农民共同富裕——学习党的十七届三中全会《决定》的体会

Maintain a Sustainable Development in the Rural Area and Aim at a Shared Prosperity for All Farmers: A Study of the "Decision" Made at the 3rd Plenary Session of the Seventeenth National Congress of Communist Party of China

党的十七届三中全会作出了《中共中央关于推进农村改革发展若干重大问题的决定》,这是当前和今后一个时期指导农村改革发展的纲领性文件,也是在新的历史起点上追求中国农民实现共同富裕的纲领性文件。新形势下推进农村改革发展,必须坚持以人为本,着力实现农民整体上的共同富裕,农民与"城里人"的共同富裕,物质与精神的共同富裕,在城乡一体化的进程中实现中华民族全面建设小康社会、和谐社会的历史任务。

The ＂Decision＂ for promoting the rural reform in China made at the 3rd Plenary Session of the Seventeenth National Congress of Communist Party of China is and will be a guiding document for promoting the rural reform in China and for realizing the shared prosperity for all Chinese farmers in the new historical period. To achieve the goal, we much adhere to the principle of humanistic orientation, the realization of the shared prosperity for all the farmers and the city dwellers, the shared prosperity of spiritual and material civilization in order to build a harmonious society in China.
