清至民国时期云南地震及灾后赈济

The Earthquakes in Yunnan and the Relief-work in the Period of the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China

云南自古以来为地震多发区。对清至民国时期云南地震(M≥4.7)进行历史性的考察,细致分析地震次数与地理分布,可知云南地震地理分布广,发生频率高,地震强度大,给云南民众造成严重的损失与危害。对此损失与危害,地方政府与民间相应采取多种赈济措施,以减轻地震灾情。

Since ancient times, Yunnan has suffered quite a few earthquakes. The paper gives a historical study of the earthquakes（ M ≥4.7 ） that occurred in Yunnan in the period of the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China and analyzes its frequency and distribution. The paper concludes that earthquakes in Yunnan have covered a large area, had a high frequency and caused heavy losses and damages. Thus, both the local governments and the people should provide various kinds of relief - work to alleviate the earthquake - in- duced sufferings.
