中药优福宁的毒性及体内外抗结核菌活性的实验研究 被引量:13

摘要 本文旨在寻找有效且毒副作用小的抗结核药物,对中药优福宁的体内外抗菌作用及其毒性进行实验观察,结果表明优福宁LD_50灌胃法为7.333g/kg,腹腔注射为1.113g/kg.亚急性毒性实验小鼠0.7g/kg·d,给药未见毒副作用,家兔≤O.07g/kg.d剂量未见明显毒副作用。抑菌作用现察该药抗菌活性接近EB,一般情况好于EB,由此证实优福宁为临床有效抗结核药物,治疗当于其它抗结核药联合化疗。 In order to search effective medicine against tuberculosis, experimental studies on the in - vitro and jn - vivo activities of eubhomia against the mycobacterium tuberculosis and toxity were done. The animal experimental results showed that the Median Lethal doses (LDso) when mice exposed to Chinese herbal medicine Euphomia ( Euphomia ) by intra - peritoneal injection or pouring into the stom- ach were 1. 113g/kg or 7.333g/kg, there weren t poisonous side - effect while mice were poured Ku-phornia 0. 7g/kg'd in 15 days continuously, and it's safe and sound While rabbits ivere poured. Euphor-nia 0.07g/kg daily in 6 months. Euphornia , bis(5-formyl -furfuryl) - ether and triterpenic acid (the two latters for monomers of Euphornia) showed activities in - vitro against mycobacterium tuberculosis (H37llV)iu inodified Saiinton medium with MICs from 100 to 350ug/ml, 25ug/ml and 50ug/ml respectively. In the same medium, K-itpliornia showed activities against M. tuberculosis with resistance to SM and INH with MiCs from 100 to 350ug/ml. In terms of an index of pulmonary pathological changes, the median death time (T^o) and the mean survival time(MST), Euphornia at dose 0.35g/kg daily was significantly effective (P < 0.01) against M. tuberculosis infection in mice. Its curative effect approach toactivites of EB at close 15mg/kg daily (P> 0.05).
