Impact of Chloroactic Acid on Workers' Health

目的探讨氯乙酸对作业工人的健康影响。方法对石家庄辖区内氯乙酸生产厂家进行职业卫生学调查,对作业工人进行健康检查,对既往患者追踪、回顾,并对结果进行分析。结果氯乙酸经呼吸道或皮肤吸收可引起严重中毒,甚至死亡。结论氯乙酸对作业工人的健康有影响,尤其是在高浓度氯乙酸环境中作业,氯乙酸经呼吸道或皮肤吸收后危害更大。职业危害控制的关键点是工作场所氯乙酸浓度要符合国家标准,工人工作时应穿防护服。

[Objective] To explore the influence of chloroactic Acid on workers＇ Health. [Methods] Hygienic investigation was carried out in chloroaetic acid factories in Shijiazhuang; physical examination was conducted on the workers; analysis was made on the result of the follow-up and the retrospect. [Results] Chloroactic Acid can be absorbed through respiratory tract and skin, which can lead to serious poisoning and even death. [Conclusion] Chloroaetic acid brings bad impacts on the workers＇health, particularly in the high-concentration environment where it is absorbed through respiratory tract and skin; the key point for the occupational hazard control is to make the chloroactic acid concentration meet the national criteria, besides, the workers should wear protective suits.
