摘要
目的探索手术室护士对艾滋病感染者手术过程中的防护措施和消毒隔离技术。方法加强手术室护士对艾滋病的认识和预防观念,严格执行标准预防,加强手术过程中的防护,谨慎配合手术,严格患者的血液与污物处理。结果在所有HIV感染患者的手术中,均能正确对待,以从容的心态完成了手术,也避免了该病的传播。结论提示面对艾滋病患者不必产生恐慌心理,只要掌握正确的防护方法,就可以防止艾滋病的感染和传播。
[Objective] To explore the protection measures and the disinfections insulation technique for nurses in HIV infector＇s operation.[Methods] AIDS awareness and sense of prevention should be enhanced among nurses in operating room, the prevention standards should be implemented strictly, protection in the course of the operation should be strengthened, and the patients＇ blood and waste in the operation should be cautiously treated.[Results] In all HIV infectors＇surgeries, the patients should be treated correctly with calm state of mind, in order to prevent the spread of the disease.[Conclusion] It is no need to be seared in the face of AIDS patients, and the right protective methods can prevent AIDS infection and spread.
