摘要
目的了解某锰系铁合金厂的职业卫生现状。方法对该厂进行职业病危害因素监测,依据监测结果计算化学有害因素的8h时间加权平均浓度和噪声的8h等效连续A声级。结果该企业生产过程中作业点锰及其无机化合物浓度合格率在48%~100%之间,浇铸、出炉、熔炼、行车岗位合格率较低,分别为48%、52%、56%和60%,其余4个岗位合格率均在90%以上;二氧化硫、氮氧化物合格率100%;噪声只有破碎岗位中1个测定点、精整岗位2个测定点不合格,其余均100%合格。结论该企业的有毒物质治理措施中存在设计不合理或不够完善的地方,多数作业点锰及其无机化合物浓度超出职业接触限值,应积极采取措施,以减少职业危害。
[Objective] To understand the status of occupational health in a Ferro Manganese alloy factory.[Methods] Monitoring of occupational hazards was conducted in the factory, the 8-hour time weighted average concentration of the chemical hazardous agents and 8-hour equivalent continuous A weighted sound pressure level were calculated based on the monitoring results.[Results] The concentration qualified rate of manganese and its inorganic compounds in operating spot was 48%-100% in production processing. Qualified rates of casting, released, smelting and driving were lower, with the values of 48%, 52%, 56% and 60%, that of the rest 4 positions were all above 90%; Sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides were all qualified ; except for 1 point in crushing post and 2 points in finishing post, noise was qualified in all the rest posts. [Conclusion] Unreasonable design or defective shortcomings exist in toxic substances control measures in this enterprise, concentrations of manganese and its inorganic compounds in most of the operating point exceed the occupational exposure limits, it is necessary to take active measures to reduce occupational hazards.
