摘要
目的了解火力发电厂粉尘危害现状及其防治措施。方法在职业卫生学调查的基础上,依据国家有关标准和规范的要求,对所存在的粉尘作业点及粉尘岗位进行检测。结果检测其35个粉尘作业点的短时间接触浓度(STEL),合格率为71.4%;测试20个粉尘作业岗位的时间加权平均(TWA)浓度,合格率为75.0%。不合格点主要集中在输煤系统和除灰渣系统。结论该厂的粉尘危害主要存在于燃煤贮存、输送系统和除灰渣系统。但如能采取综合的防护措施,保证防尘设备的正常运行,加强个体防护等综合防治措施,粉尘危害是可以得到控制的。
[Objective] To investigate current status of dust hazard and control measures in the thermal power plant.[Methods] on the basis of the occupational hygiene investigation, according to national standards and norms, the existent dust workplaces and dust work posts were examined. [Results] STEL were determined in 35 dust workplaces, the qualified rate accounted for 71.4%; the qualified rate of TWA in 20 dust work posts was 75.0%. The unqualified parts were mainly concentrated on the coal transporting system and the ash eliminating system.[Conclusion]The plant's dust hazards mainly exist in the coal storage, transporting system and ash eliminating system. However, if the comprehensive protective measures could be adopted, the normal operation of the dust-proof equipments could be ensured , and comprehensive prevention and control measures against dust like the individual protection could be strengthened, the dust hazard could be controlled.
